Melisa Holker

Melisa is from Vancouver, Canada and is a freshman majoring in dance. She grew up singing, playing the piano and playing music with her three brothers. Her family band went from performing at local malls then performing live on CBC radio. Starting high school she learned to play flute and saxophone for her school’s Jazz band. With that band she was given multiple opportunities to sing in festivals and her personal favorite, Disneyland! She started dancing her sophomore year of high school and has fallen in love with it more and more every day. Melisa is thrilled for the opportunity to be able to share her love for music and the gospel through performing with the YA’s this year.
